Coaching For Results, Inc. is a non-profit corporation totally dedicated to helping school leaders achieve extraordinary results both professionally and personally as we support and foster confident, competent, courageous school leaders who lead their schools to high performance. We began operating as a business in 2002 following a successful two-year initiative between the Brande Foundation and the National Staff Development Council. The sole purpose of that initiative was to identify successful school leaders, equip them with "state of the art" life coaching training and determine the degree of effectiveness these skilled coaches had on current school leaders facing a multitude of challenges including diverse student populations, high stakes accountability, budget shortfalls and the ever increasing demands of school leadership. Twenty-seven educators from across the nation were selected to participate in the initiative and results were overwhelmingly in favor of supporting school leaders with highly qualified coaches.
To that end, Coaching For Results Inc. was established. The twenty-seven educators in the initiative became founding members, contributing money and energy to incorporate and begin doing business. In April of 2004, the company received designation as a non-profit corporation under the name of Coaching For Results, Inc., as well as Coaching School Results.
In less than a decade, we have become recognized as a premier leader in the field of educator coaching and coach-related professional development. Our highly qualified coaches bring a combined background of over 600 years of successful school leadership and represent great diversity of roles including superintendents, directors of instruction, principals, staff development leaders and business executives. All CFR coaches maintain a high standard of rigorous and comprehensive on-going development and each coach is either currently credentialed through the International Coach Federation or in the process of obtaining such credentials.
We provide a system-wide solution for leadership development and expanded capacity that includes both initial and ongoing training and individualized or group coaching. Our clients represent state-level organizations, whole district initiatives, school clusters and individual school leaders. Feedback from clients and partners indicates a high level of satisfaction with our services.
