1. Attend the four day training, Strategies for Powerful Living and Leading.

2. If the coaching component is selected, professional coaching will begin once the Coaching Agreements are signed and payment for training is paid. Invoicing for coaching calls will be made every two months.

3. The principal or school leader will be responsible for scheduling coaching calls with his/her coach and for making the call at the agreed upon time. The district or school leader will cover the costs of telephone calls.

4. Principals or school leaders will have access to their coach via email whenever possible.

5. The success of any coaching process is dependent upon the level of commitment to the confidential nature of the relationship between client and coach.

6. The most successful coaching occurs when the client is fully committed to the process. This includes identifying and clarifying goals, creating multiple possibilities for action and implementing action toward goal attainment. The coach is hired to assist the principal in achieving at his or her goals for his or her school and students.

7. The coach's goal is to assist the school leader in becoming all that he or she can be while impacting and ensuring the highest levels of achievement for his or her school and students.
